We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our jewellery descriptions, specifications and prices.  Please note that the prices of items on our site are liable to change at any time, these changes will not affect orders that have been placed before this time.

All our photography images are taken in house and we endeavour to represent our jewellery as accurately as we can.  Please note there may be some slight variations in colour.

We have a busy shop and pieces that are on the website are also available to purchase in our shop, we endeavour to remove items off the website as soon as they have sold, but sometimes this can be difficult to keep up with during busy periods.  On the occasion of a customer purchasing an item through the website that is actually sold we will advise you as soon as possible of new availability or offer you a refund 

We offer a 28 day refund or exchange policy, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please call us on +44 (0) 1299 401546.  We regret that for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings unless faulty.  Your item(s) must be returned to us in mint condition and in their original packaging.  When returning item(s) we recommend that you use a trackable and insured postal service.  The cost of returning your order and the responsibility for the item(s) is your own until it reaches us.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail signed for service.  We offer free delivery on all orders over £80.  Delivery is subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver within 3 working days.    Please  note  that  due  to  COVID-19  Royal  Mail  deliveries  are  taking  longer  than  normal,  standard  signed  for  deliveries are taking 7-10 days  and  Express  next  day  delivery  is  taking 2-3  days.  Should you require delivery by a particular day, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your needs, please call us prior to placing your order.  

Should you require overseas shipping please contact us for a quote.  

We offer a click and collect service free of charge, if required for a particular day please get in touch with us otherwise we aim to get orders ready for collection for the next working day.

We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR rules 2018 and will take responsible precautions to ensure that your data is kept securely.  You are entitled to be provided with details of the data that we hold about you upon request.
