Delivery Information

All of our UK  deliveries are made using Royal Mail signed for and include delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.  

Standard Delivery - 3 working days - £3.95  

                                      Free delivery on all orders over £80

Next Day Delivery - £7.50 -  To guarantee next day delivery your order must be placed before 1pm.  Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on the following Monday. 

Click  and  Collect  -  Order online  and  collect  in  store  

Free Delivery on orders over £80 - We offer free standard signed for delivery on orders of £80 or more.  

If you are treating someone special to a beautiful piece of jewellery we would be happy to send it on your behalf!  We can include a handwritten note and gift wrap for you.  Just leave us a note at the checkout or send an email to us.

We hope that you will love your jewellery as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please call us on +44 (0) 1299 402546 within 28 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.  We regret that for hygiene reasons  we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless faulty.
